This License governs your use of the AlmostShipped codebase ("the Codebase") purchased from almostshipped.com.

What you can do

When you purchase a licence, AlmostShipped grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide right to:

• Create multiple end products of the Codebase, whether for yourself, your employer, or paying clients.
• Sell any number of end products using the Codebase. There is no cap on the number of products you build, the revenue you earn, or the customers you serve.
• Use the Codebase in private repositories for unlimited internal projects.
• Use the Codebase in public repositories under a fair-code or open-source licence with our prior written permission. Contact support@almostshipped.com to discuss.
• Purchase on behalf of clients. Freelancers, agencies, and contractors may purchase a licence on behalf of a client and may charge their clients for the services rendered. The client becomes the licence holder upon delivery.

What you cannot do

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Create a product that sells the Codebase itself. The licence covers building end products with the Codebase, not selling the Codebase or substantial portions of it.
• Redistribute the Codebase in whole or in substantial part, whether free or paid.
• Share, sublicense, or transfer your licence to another individual or company. Each licence is tied to a single purchaser (or, in the case of an agency-purchased licence, to the single client it was purchased for).
• Remove or obscure copyright notices, attribution, or licence text included in the Codebase.

Ownership

AlmostShipped retains all right, title, and interest in the Codebase, including all intellectual property rights. The licence granted under these terms does not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of the end products you build, including any code you write on top of the Codebase, subject to the licence granted here.

Updates

You receive ongoing access to updates and improvements to the Codebase under your licence, for the duration specified in your purchased plan.

Termination

This licence terminates immediately if you breach these terms. On termination you must cease distributing any product whose primary value derives from the Codebase. End products that have been substantially built upon and customised may continue to be sold by you.
